YourSites, LLC ("YourSites," "we," "us") is an Arizona-based company that builds and manages websites and advertising for local businesses. This policy covers yoursites.co and the data we handle while providing our services. It explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What We Collect

Visitors and prospects: if you contact us or fill out a form, we collect what you submit, such as your name, email, phone number, and business details. If you call or text one of our tracking numbers, we collect call details, and calls to our own lines may be recorded. We also automatically collect device information (IP address, browser type, operating system), usage data (pages visited, time spent, referring URLs), and cookies.

Clients: account details (name, email, phone, business information) and billing history. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Visitors to client websites: when someone submits an inquiry on a website we manage for a client, we deliver that inquiry to the client and retain a copy as part of operating the service. We process this information on the client's behalf.

Client content: if you provide us with logos, photos, text, or other materials for your website, you retain ownership of that content, and we use it to build and maintain your website.

How We Use Information

We use information to build and manage websites, run advertising campaigns, deliver customer inquiries to our clients, communicate about accounts, process payments and send invoices, improve our services, keep our systems secure and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Cookies and Tracking

This site uses Google Analytics (measures site traffic and how visitors use our pages), CallRail (call and text tracking; when you call or text a number on our site, CallRail records which page and campaign the number came from, and calls to our own lines may be recorded), and Stripe (our checkout uses Stripe, which may set cookies for payment processing and fraud prevention). Some of our advertising landing pages include advertising platform pixels, such as the Meta pixel, that measure whether an ad led to a visit or an inquiry. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. We do not sell personal information.

When We Share Information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as our hosting provider (Vercel), payment processor (Stripe), email delivery provider (Resend), and the analytics and call tracking providers above; when the law requires it; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business. We never sell personal information.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, the following applies:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep account and website data while your subscription is active and afterward, as described in our Terms of Service. We keep customer inquiries as part of operating the service. We keep billing and financial records as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your Choices and Rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your personal information, opt out of marketing emails at any time using the link in the email and out of texts by replying STOP, and request your data in a portable format where technically feasible. To exercise any of these rights, email jakob@yoursites.co or sales@yoursites.co. We honor deletion requests except where we need records for legal, tax, security, or dispute purposes, and residual copies may persist in routine backups until those backups cycle out.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including SSL/TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security updates. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have, we will delete it promptly.

International Users and California Residents

YourSites is based in the United States and our services are intended for users in the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website before the changes take effect.
